How It Works

Buy USDW. Swap for CONDOT. Hold it like a ship. When the right condo appears — purchase or lease it.

The Buyer Journey

1

Buy USDW

The buyer first acquires USDW (USD DWIN) from any supported exchange or wallet. This is the gateway currency to the CONDOT ecosystem.

2

Swap USDW for CONDOT

The buyer uses their USDW to purchase CONDOT tokens. The coin is held in their digital wallet. No commitment to a specific property yet. 1 CONDOT = 1 USDW at issuance.

3

Hold & Wait — Like a Ship

The buyer holds CONDOT like a pre-loaded purchasing ship. The coin retains its USDW-backed value while the buyer monitors the platform for the right property or lease opportunity.

4

Browse Live Listings

The platform website continuously updates with new condo listings from across Thailand — new projects, resales, units, developments, and lease opportunities. Each listing shows location, specs, USDW price, and whether it is available for purchase or lease.

5

Select — Purchase or Lease

The buyer selects their desired condo. The platform shows the exact CONDOT required to complete the purchase or the lease term payment, based on the current USDW listing price.

6

Pay in CONDOT — Settlement in USDW

Buyer pays the required CONDOT amount. The platform auto-converts to USDW and settles payment to the seller or landlord. The buyer receives confirmed ownership documentation (purchase) or a signed lease agreement (lease).

CONDOT is not locked. If a buyer decides to exit before transacting, they can sell CONDOT on the secondary CONDOT/USDW market at any time.

CONDOT — Utility & Payment Token

CONDOT is a digital holding coin that acts as the payment key to Thailand's condo marketplace. Think of it as a pre-loaded USD-value card that works specifically for purchasing or leasing Thai condominium properties listed on the platform.

  • Token Function: Utility token — used to purchase or lease condos on-platform
  • Entry Point: Buyer acquires USDW first, then swaps USDW for CONDOT
  • Holding Benefit: Hold CONDOT like a ship — ready to deploy at any time
  • Payment Mechanism: Use CONDOT to pay for any listed condo at website price
  • Transaction Types: Outright purchase (ownership) OR lease (rental term agreement)
  • Flexibility: Not locked — use when you find the right property or rental

USDW — The Settlement Rail

USDW is the underlying USD-pegged currency that powers all transactions. CONDOT is priced in USDW. When a buyer uses CONDOT to purchase or lease a property, settlement flows through USDW to the seller or landlord.

  • Entry Rail: Buyers first acquire USDW from the open market
  • CONDOT Purchase: Investors buy CONDOT using USDW
  • Property Pricing: All condo listings and lease terms priced in USDW on website
  • Transaction Settlement: Buyer pays CONDOT → converts to USDW → seller/landlord receives USDW
  • Trading Pair: CONDOT / USDW on secondary market

Purchase vs. Lease

CONDOT enables two distinct transaction types on the platform

Purchase

  • Full ownership transfer of condo unit
  • Full property value paid in CONDOT
  • Seller receives full USDW equivalent
  • Title deed / ownership confirmation
  • One-time transaction
  • Target: Investors, family offices, long-term residents

Lease

  • Rental agreement for a defined period
  • Lease deposit + first term paid in CONDOT
  • Landlord receives USDW per lease period
  • Signed lease agreement on-chain
  • Monthly, 6-month, or annual options
  • Target: Expats, digital nomads, short-term residents

Full Ecosystem Flow

USER acquires USDW → uses USDW to purchase CONDOT → CONDOT held in wallet — like a ship, ready to deploy → WEBSITE posts condo listings (buy or lease, price in USDW) → BUYER browses, selects property → PLATFORM shows exact CONDOT required → BUYER pays CONDOT → Platform converts to USDW → SELLER/LANDLORD receives USDW → BUYER receives ownership docs or lease agreement.

Every step is transparent, on-chain, and auditable.
